Return & Refund Policy – Beaded Necklace Products

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized necklaces
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos or videos as proof for quick resolution.

4. Return Process

  • Send a request with order details to: ski4gems@gmail.com
  • After approval, return instructions will be provided.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.

8. Important Notes

  • Natural variations in beads (color, shape, texture) are normal and not considered defects.
  • Delays caused by courier services are not eligible for refunds.
